Aspire People, is a dynamic, fast growing education recruitment agency based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. We provide temporary and permanent education staff, including teaching, office and technical support staff to West and East Midlands schools.
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a consultant to work in the Sutton Coldfield office. You will be responsible for sourcing top quality teachers to meet the high demand and to grow the business into new territories.
Above all you must be personable and able to build a good rapport with teachers and contacts within schools. The job of an education recruitment consultant is varied and challenging, generating business through sales calls and school visits, interviewing and registering prospective candidates and successfully placing candidates into schools.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants only, with at least 1 years experience. You don't necessarily have to have experience in the education sector but you must have a proven ability in running a successful busy temporary desk. On top of this you must be able to operate in a sales driven environment and have the entrepreneurial spirit and desire to reach above and beyond your targets.
