Training Schools

At Aspire People we do things differently, its not just about making money but feeling good about ourselves. We use the contacts and resources around us to add value to our service. This not only benefits us and everyone that works with us but society as a whole.

Aspire People endeavours to develop the career of every employee and candidate that works for us. Rather than bringing in external trainers we have set up training centres around the Midlands in local schools. These schools know who Aspire People are, what we stand for and help to deliver some of the best on the job training in the market place.  The school, Aspire People, candidates and society all benefits from this collaboration.

One example training centre is Bristnall Hall Technology College  who train our administrators on SIMS.NET and offer work experience if required afterwards. This means our administrators are fully qualified to use the school's software. 

We are in talks with Plantsbrook and Hodge Hill School about possibly becoming our next training centres for CMIS and Cover Supervisors. We are also looking for schools in Coventry to offer similar services for candidates living in the East Midlands.

 

The benefits of being a training school

  • After completing training, candidates will work in your school voluntarily, giving you an opportunity to utilise their skills free of charge.
  • Aspire People do a lot of PR and will incorporate your school into this, helping to raise the profile of your school
  • This will help any school looking to promote themselves as a training school.
  • Candidates provide an extra pair of hands to help around the office at no cost to the school
  • Give something back to the community and aid people back into work e.g.  redundant people
  • Aspire People will promote your school as a training school for people aiming to get back into work throughout the local press
  • Be featured in Aspire People's termly newsletter which is sent to over 2000 schools and candidates throughout the midlands
  • School doesn't have to conduct any safer recruitment checks
  • Try out a pool of talented candidates before other schools and snap them up for permanent or temporary work.
