No matter whether Aspire People place a fully qualified teacher or a caretaker in to a school or college, every candidate is taken through the following steps:

  • Telephone Interview
  • Face to Face interview
  • Full vetting and referencing inline with the Safeguarding Children Quality Mark
  • Safeguarding children induction and test
  • Sign child protection code of conduct
  • Safer recruitment features strongly in our employee induction training

Ongoing commitment to School protection

It is not just about vetting every candidate above DfE standards. Aspire People go to great lengths to leave an audit trail which OFSTED can follow.
On top of this who is to know whether the person standing in front of you is the candidate Aspire People has sent?
To solve this problem we have put a unique system in place called 5 Protection Points:
  1. Before their arrival, you will get a photographic safeguarding children document
  2. Each candidate will bring a passport or driving license and a CRB
  3. All candidates are issued with an Aspire People photo ID badge
  4. Check the safeguarding document against their ID, CRB and Aspire People badge
  5. The safeguarding children document is a receipt that you have ensure your agency has completed all vetting checks. Store everyone on file. 

This full-proof system ensures that the individual arriving at your school is the candidate Aspire People has sent.
