Getting Paid

Aspire People has a smooth payroll process, if you follow the steps below you will get paid on time every week:

  • Download the timesheet below
  • Fill out the form and get the cover coordinator to sign it.
  • Ensure we get the timesheet before Monday 10am either by:

                - Email: timesheets@aspirepeople.co.uk

                - Fax: 0121 314 3839

                - For old fax machines: 0121 321 2469

               - Post: 2 Wrens Court, Lower Queen Street, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1RT

  • Ring us to check if we have received the timesheet.
  • A different timesheet must be filled in for every school.
  • You can check your payslips online at

  • You will receive your log in details once you have registered with Aspire. 
  • Pay day is every Friday, a week in arrears.

If ever there is a problem, we have a very supportive payroll department, dedicated to responding to your queries promptly
