Aspire People is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional education to young learners and who possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience or willingness to teach Reception-aged children
Full-time availability
DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of Reception students
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall well-being and academic success of students
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required
